I once either heard or read of someone's personality being described as faceted and instantly fell in love with the description. I am a wanderer, I have never lived in any place more than three years (which has only happened twice). I have lived outside of the country twice. I love the lifestyle, meeting new people, experiencing new things. Someone told me they call it being a cultural nomad, sounds pretty cool huh? Yep, all important-like and stuff. The moral of my lifestyle is that I can't exactly be put in a nice neat little package with a bow as far as personality stereotype. My mood changes with the day, the weather, the circumstances, the people I'm around . . . It's usually never the same from one hour to the next. The way I act follows the same general rule, in a more muted sense. People call me quiet, I personally like to think of it as observant. You'd be amazed at what all fun and facinating things you can pick up when you just keep your mouth shut and listen. 'Course the price I pay is not being insanely accute as far as verbal communication goes, I'm working on it . . . slowly. In the recent years I've been making leaps and bounds as far as being able to discover who it is exactly that I am behind the veiled eyes and quiet grin. Still have a long way to go but hey, progress is progress.
